Individual Assessment

We’ll work with you to select the assessment(s) you need to enhance your individual development efforts or leadership development programs. These may include the following kinds of assessment paired with coaching:

  • 360 Feedback – commercial and custom
  • Strengths / Personality (e.g. MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, CPI etc.)
  • Assessment Centers – Predictive Selection
  • Personal Interest / Career (e.g. Harrison)

All assessment work can be paired with interpretive coaching to enable deeper understanding of assessment results.

Team Assessments & Workshops

Is your team struggling to be productive? Are you noticing process breakdown and conflict within your work group? Need to take a team that’s performing well to the next level? We can help you! Team assessment typically follows this sequence:

  • Interviews and quantitative assessments related to team effectiveness
  • Data analysis to surface likely root causes
  • Leadership consultation to deliver feedback and discuss potential solutions
  • Facilitated workshop to engage team in problem solving

Organizational Assessment

You need measurements designed with decision-making in mind.  That purpose is only served by survey instruments that capture respondent intent in a valid and reliable fashion; and by analyses that go beyond simple averages to the generation of key drivers (root causes).  We’ll work with you to:

  • Clearly define what you’re measuring
  • Refine your respondent population / target demographics
  • Build, test and administer your survey
  • Complete detailed analytics and reporting that yield decision-oriented insights 
  • Facilitate decision-making processes that flow from your data
