As the founder and principal consultant of Gradient Assessment and Development Services, I bring 28 years of multi-industry organization and talent development experience to helping organizations design and / or enhance their internal development processes. Over the years, I’ve worked with leaders of iconic brands in the technology, servers and software, energy, aerospace, and restaurant industries. As a result, I understand the specialty disciplines they employ and the challenges that these organizations can face. This enables me to get to the core of client needs quickly and to tailor solutions rapidly, saving time and money. I’m expert in conceptualizing assessment strategies, identifying key drivers (root causes) in data, and facilitating teams of organizational leaders to find and agree on a way forward.
